All materials on the AccuFlow platform, including code, graphics, text, and trademarks, are the property of AccuFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Document Processing Services Disclaimer

Important: AccuFlow's document processing, OCR, conversion, and workflow automation services are provided as tools to assist with document management. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding:

  • 100% accuracy of OCR text extraction or document conversion
  • Perfect preservation of all formatting, layouts, or visual elements in converted documents
  • Compatibility with all third-party systems or software
  • Uninterrupted service availability or processing speeds

Users should review processed documents for accuracy and verify critical information. AccuFlow is not responsible for errors, data loss, or consequences arising from the use of automated document processing features.

Limitation of Liability

AccuFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with Delaware state law, excluding any principles that would apply the laws of another jurisdiction.
